How to buy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING:
All International orders are shipped well wrapped and insured. Checks and other way of payments must be cleared before the item is shipped. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Please ask us about the shipping fee.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT
Payment with major credit card trough Paypal , Transfer to my bank account and cash in a signed letter. I only accept personal or business checks, cashier's checks from a few countries because of the high fees. So if you would like to pay with check, please let me know. Moneyorders are not accepted by Danish banks.

ORDERING
If you wish to order a , please contact Antique toys by emailing info@antique-toys.dk and you will get an invoice with the total amount including shipping.

RETURN POLICY
I WANT MY CUSTOMERS TO BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase: This is if the item is not as described - please email me within 3 days. Items may be returned within 7 working days for a full refund minus shipping expenses, both ways. Items must be returned by insured mail in the same manner and in the same condition as sent. If the buyer is outside EUROPE please declare the item as a return to the customs.

LAYAWAY POLICY
Layaway is available for up to one year depending on the price of the doll or toy and prices are firm on all layaway purchases. Regular monthly payments must be made. If a payment is missed there is a 30 day grace period during which the account must be brought up to date. If the account is not brought up to date, or if another payment is missed during the course of the layaway, the layaway will be canceled. There are 4 months to select an item of equal or lesser value to the amount paid. If a selection is not made, the layaway will be canceled and the deposits and all payments made will be forfeited. There are no refunds on layaway purchases.
