Schneegas dining room set with an extendable dining table and matching 4 chairs. This Gebruder Schneegas table and chairs are suitable for a kitchen, too. Made in cherry wood. The table has finely crafted, turned legs and the table top can be pulled apart to insert aleave. The matching chairs also have turned legs in the front, straight backs and seats made of fabric. Made in Waltershausen Germany ca 1880. Size:extended 5 1/4" long and closed 4 1/4". The high is a little more than 2 3/4" You can see the construction of the table below on the pictures. I have an extra table without chairs for sale. The price for that would be 250 Euro.

This early Washstand is quite unusual. The cupboard has a top to open, which has storage place for washing items. Below are two door to open with space for the night pot. Under the lid are 3 carved holes to hold the different items) A lovely early piece of Biedermeier furniture.Made by Kestner Germany. Size. H 8 cm W. 7 cm ( 3"x3 1/4") Fine condition.

Ein sehr seltener Schachtisch in ausgefallener Form. Die Tischplatte hat ein schönes lithographiertes Schachbrett. Darunter eine Schublade zum Öffnen. Eingelegt mit weißem Holz, um Marmor zu simulieren. Die 4 Beine gehen von einem Piedestal aus. Sie sind fein gedrechselt. Ein sehr schönes Möbelstück mit musealem Charakter. Höhe 8 cm, Tischplatte 9 cm x 9 cm. Sehr guter Zustand und ein seltenes Stück für eine große Stube. Die "Boullemöbel" wurden in Waltershausen in Deutschland hergestellt. Sie bekamen den Namen Boulle nach dem französischen Möbelschnitzer André-Charles Boulle, weil sie mit eingelegten edelmetallähnlichen Verzierungen ausgestattet waren.
