Jenny LIND.21"Beautiful early Jenny Lind Portrait china doll. Light red coloured china. She is German, circa 1850.Has the wonderful blue eyes, molded eyelids, with a red line above and a delicate expression.Long slender neck. Hair is parted in middle and pulled to the rear in a braided bun.She has a pale pink tinted shoulder head with 3 stringing holes, excellent china quality. This beauty lady with comes on her original slender body with china lower limps..She is dressed in a lovely antique dress and underwear-original to the doll . The doll is in perfect condition. Jenny Lind was a famous 1850's Swedish Opera star also known as the "Swedish nightingale" who Hans Christian Andersen fell in love with and wrote about. Shown on page 49 "China Parian Dolls" by Lydia Richter. Wonderful china head doll. Jenny Lind. Named from the Swedish singer, described by Hans Christian Andersen.All original. Shoulder head in great condition. No repairs. Very fine china. A very special and great doll to add to your collection of early dolls.

She comes from a museum, that closed years ago in has since been in my own collection. No repairs. Wonderful face typical to the firm. Nice shaped limps. Each hair separetly inset in the wax. No repairs to the wax either face or limps.Rosa dress and hat trimmed with lace. All original. She is 46 cm tall./18,5 inches.

A large charming girl in great condition, with blue inset eyes, original hair and a very sweet Mona Lisa smile. She is in very good condition No cracks to the wax in her head. . She is dressed in a white muslindress-pink bands in her hair and around the waist.Black boots. She is 60 cm tall./ 23 1nches. She is from around 1840.All original and in great condition. A pair of French Sculpture of dogs made of a kind of rough bisque, that is more "windblown" in the bisque material. They are made in France about 1880-90.. Marked SF. ( for SOICIETE FRANCE). H of the dog sculpture is 3 3/4". The base is 1/4" x 1 1/2". It is really nice and also the "windblown" structure of the bisque as they have been outdoor for a century- looks good as an outdoor piece for your garden or sunroom. very decorative. Remark: These figures are more flat ( they are surely 3-dimensional-but they are made for sculpturing, not like a pet). They are lovely.All original no repairs. The price is for the pair.

Diese Puppe ist ein wirklich reizendes mechanisches Holzspielzeug. Wenn es gezogen wird, spielt ein junges Mädchen Klavier. Die hölzerne Puppe mit einem Papiermaché-Kopf sitzt in ihrem Sonntagsstaat vor einem Klavier und spielt ein Lied, wenn die Figur gezogen wird. Ihr Gesicht ist außergewöhnlich hübsch, fein modelliert und sehr schön gemalten Gesichtszügen. Auch ihre Haare sind sehr schön: Die Haarspitzen sind gekräuselt und zusammengefasst in einem schön bemalten Haarnetz. Der Puppenkörper ist aus Holz gefertigt und sitzt auf einem hölzernen Stuhl. Sie hat fein bemalte schwarze Stiefelchen. Gekleidet ist sie in ein langes Original-Seidenkleid und einer feinen Bluse mit Schnürriemchen. Dieses Spielzeug ist exzellent erhalten. Alles original, ohne jede Reparatur – ein wirklich attraktives Spielzeug! H. 21 cm, B. 17 cm.
