She wears the most incredible antique batiste and lace christening gown I have ever seen for a doll, with the finest laces. She is on her original KESTNER bent limb chunky baby body with original finish. This baby is the most adorable you will find with the deepest dimples ever!!! 10 1/2" ( 26,5 cm)" is his lovely Parian doll-made after of Empress Eugenia. Ca 1860. Pale untinted bisque parian with hair in snood.Gold and purple luster band across of head and white feather detail molded on the side.Lovely face with excellent modeling. Lovely eyes , fine small rosebud mouth.She has a muslin body and Parian lower limps. She is dressed in her original antique silk dress in colors matching to her hair snood. You can find more information about her in "Dolls: The Early Years 1780-1880" by Florence Theriault. and in the book "China, Parian, and Bisque German Dolls by Lydia Richter. Made by Kister Germany ca 1860. A lovely doll in a wonderful cabinett size.

Grazile Biedermeier-Puppe aus Papiermaché mit geflochtenem Haarknoten. Deutschland, um 1840 Die anmutige Biedermeier-Puppe ist aus Papiermaché hergestellt, hat einen Brustplattkopf mit feinen, ausmodellierten Haaren mit Mittelscheitel, am Hinterkopf in einem geflochtenen Haarknoten nach oben gesteckt. Sie hat fein bemalte blaue Augen mit modellierten Augenlidern und kleinem lächelndem Mund. Ihr Körper mit schmaler Taille ist aus Leder. Die Unterarme und Beine sind aus Holz geschnitzt und am Leder mit Papier befestigt. Schönes altes Biedermeierkleid aus Baumwolle und Tüll sowie reichhaltige Unterwäsche, alles zierlich handgenäht. Bemalte Pantoffeln. Die Puppe ist für ihr Alter in sehr gutem Zustand. Nur minimale altersbedingte Spielspuren am Papiermaché. Höhe 33 cm. Deutschland, um 1840.
