Beautiful Jenny Lind portrait China-head doll, made in Germany circa 1850. The pink-tinted shoulder head has sculpted brown hair arranged in a braided bun, blue painted eyes and delicate facial painting. She retains her original slender body with porcelain lower limbs and wears an antique blue skirt, white blouse, velvet coat and underwear. A small firing flaw is visible at the side of the neck, as shown in the photographs. Height 45 cm (17.7 in).

Rare porcelain fortune-telling doll made for the French market, circa 1880. She has a porcelain head and arms, a cloth body, and an original gold-brown velvet dress with black lace and matching hat. Beneath the skirt are hundreds of folded, handwritten fortunes in French. The porcelain is in fine condition. The doll measures 20.4 cm and 22 cm with the original wooden stand.

Rare Swedish fortune-telling doll, circa 1850, with a fine China-head porcelain head and porcelain arms. Below the wrists, the doll is mounted on a wooden stock. Her skirt is composed of folded paper fortunes written in Swedish, selected one at a time. The silk bodice is original, and the doll is in fine original condition. Height 22 cm (8.7 in).
